A delicious lunch composed of huge tomato chunks, baked chicken from the night before (artfully drizzled with mustard), and a bed of lettuce, all sandwiched between two lightly toasted honey wheat bread. And a pickle! Made by K during dead week, because when else is there enough time to make anything more elaborate than PB&J?
